The Reedsport Parade of Lights started in 2020 in the midst of the pandemic to address a lack of holiday festivities safe for all in the community. It quickly grew and was pulled off in just one week of planning. This year we aim to have a bigger and better light parade! We will also be fundraising for a local organization. Reedsport Light Parade 2024: Shine a Light on the Holidays!

Welcome the season with magic of the 5th Annual Reedsport Light Parade!

Since its debut in 2020, this beloved tradition has brought joy and spirit to our community during the Holidays. This year, we're aiming for an even brighter celebration, filled with music, fun, and memories. 

This year the parade will be on Saturday December 7, 2024

Beyond the dazzling lights, we're thrilled to be partnering with the Reedsport K9 Shelter to support their work. Together, we can make a real difference for these furry companions.

Parade Info 

Date: Saturday December 7, 2024

Time: 6:00pm

Sign-in Starts: 5:00pm

Staging Location: RCCS Back Parking Lot and along 22nd

Ending Location: Rainbow Plaza

After the Parade: Santa, Music, and Fun @ Community Center

Entry Fee: $5 donation(see details here)

Fundraising for Local Organizations 

Every contribution counts! All donations will be split between the parade's operation and the Reedsport K9 Shelter, ensuring a brighter holiday season for all. All of the raffle proceeds and parade entry fees are also donated directly to the K9 Shelter.
