We currently have a huge need for traffic control and promotion volunteers

Traffic control duties include:

• Meet before the parade for a safety meeting(1-3 meetings, one being day of parade to pick up safety vest and receive your location)

• Sit at designated intersection and move cones into street before parade and out after parade

• A few select intersections will have experienced traffic control volunteers directing traffic

• If you would like to request a specific intersection please note it in the comments and we will do our best to accommodate

Promotional duties include:

• Handing out posters and flyers to local businesses

• Posting poster in public locations

• Handing out flyers at events

• Requesting assistance for fundraiser from community members and businesses

• Walking around to promote the parade and fundraiser with flyers
